Well I have narrowed it down to those two cards. I want to record tv, watch tv, best quality possible ofcourse. Then burning on a dvd and playing on my dvd player is a must. I have a phillips divx player. I will probably be using media portal or GBPVR, I am too cheap to get sagetv. TIA.
