Wintv on vnf3-250 mob

I cannot get my wintv card to work on my Chaintech vnf3-250 mob. It says I have a memory conflict with the system board extension for acpi bios. The manual for the wintv card says the memory address can be changed but the mob won't let me change it or I don't know how. Tried useing the system manager in the control panel but it says it cannot be changed. Has anyone got the wintv card to work on this mob?
