I usually revel in the cold. If it's anything remotely bearable, I'm outside shooting hoops & burning up. I gain weight during the summer, when the asphalt gets too hot, & popsicles get on my good side. This year, I've sat at home & cuddled with my refridgerator. It keeps me & my belly warm at night.

I've gained fifteen pounds.

:D

I'm up 25 lbs since mid november, but I'm trying to gain weight. I've been working out regularly along with a huge spike in my diet.

Still got a bit to go. Weighing in at 218 now a 6'6".

Um, if you are over 15% bodyfat, I suggest you stop gaining weight so rapidly... trust me. I have gained 0 lbs, or maybe 1 lb, not sure.

I used to do that, too. Since 30, it's been about a pound per year....

There is no way in hell that I'm above 15% bodyfat. Still incredibly lean.

This is my first time in a warm winter climate (Seatle... used to live in MN). It's the first time I haven't gained weight in the winter and it's pretty noticeable.

Thanks to global warming ( ;) ) bringing a mild/warm winter to the SouthEast, I've been able to continue mountain biking in the winter. So I'm dropping a few pounds (195lbs @ 5'11").

I been playin soccer all quarter, probably about 4-6 hrs a week

ive lost about 1/4 inch off my waist, so now i have to wear a belt, and ive gained about 7 lbs.

I havent been lifting near as much this quarter, but with soccer I f eel much more fit than I ever did previously.
