Bored so placed my AMD 1090 in on the sun porch. Its about 40 F in that room. Debated actually putting it on the roof but figured someone would complain to the landlord 
Normally I run this chip between stock and 3.8 Ghz. 4 Ghz was always on and off "stable" Now with winter cold it is stable at 4.1 Ghz. Passed 5 runs of Inter Burn in test. Gonna try Prime before my GF gets home and see the wires running under door to the front sun room LOL
It is about 20 F colder outside but apart from opening window in that room or setting PC on roof think that is pretty good.
