Wintech a good brand?

In my search, locally, for an atx12v P4 power converter I decided to just buy a new PSU. The only one I could find was from Cable and Chips and the brand is Wintech. Its a 400w PSU for P4 systems and cost 49 bucks. Is this a decent PSU? I dont recall hearing this name. It looks decent enough, the brand label is a nice metallic sticker but I am leary of no name PSUs as I have seen my fair share of them literally blow up. I just need to know if its a reputable company. Thanks.
