WINTC card wont work HELP ME PLEEZ

alright the card installed when i put it in driver wise...

however, when i use programs it says that its not tehre or another device may be using it and an error message saying "wintv card not found. Gethdl failed"

whats wrong how do i fix it?

Do you have Microsoft's Media Player 7 on your machine? I have no idea what your problem is, but if you do have MediaPlayer 7 I would be very surprised if it is not somehow a part of the problem. I had a video capture card that wouldn't do jack after installing that thing, and there isn't even any way to uninstall it other than reinstalling windows on top of itself and going through all kinds of complicated procedures to put ie in a seperate folder, blah blah. It was an intractible pain. I hope this is not your problem and that somebody can help you out.
