Anyway to delete some files? Is it safe?

These are hard links, not actual files. The folder is not actually taking up space (the file system just thinks it is). Do not delete this folder.

I once saw a problem on a Vista PC with a file in the winsxs folder (was it called Manifest.Cache?) that had grown to >30GB in size, but that's the only problem I've had with it.

Do not delete that folder"\Winsxs\Catalogs: Contains security catalogs for each manifest on the system. and more
