This is sad news...I've used winrar as my compression program since I can remember. My heart goes out to his family.

dang that sucks... i've recently started to use winrar more than winzip lately.... great program he developed

That sucks :( I was just thinking yesterday about how great a program WinRAR was. He'll be missed by thousands, possibly millions.
