On my recently built PC, I was getting system errors with winrar (it would tell me 3 times that it was having a heart attack, and then close up). BUt I could still use the PC.
So I uninstalled it. I then installed winace. Winace just would stop responding and then I 'd have to hard reboot. So I tried reinstalling winrar- now that makes me have to hard reboot. Any ideas to help me along? I used to run it on my old PC with mostly similar software setups and had no problems with either. I don't have any other problems. Running win98se on KK266 mobo (VIA 686B chipset). Don't know what else you need to know. Thanks
