Winproxy 3.0 help

I have two computers, the second computer is running Winproxy 3.0 and connectsto the internet over a modem (should have DSL soon). Anyways, I tried loading the fourms today and it said 404 not found, I tried later on still the same thing. I went over to the Winproxy box to see what was going on, I tried the computer to load the fourms as well and bang,here I am. What might be setup wrong in Winproxy where I can't get the fourms toload? The funny thing is that all other websites that I have tried work so far. What might be the problem?
