I use Win2000 at work and have been extremely satisfied with both its speed and stability. I have read many posts in which posters are saying skip ME and go to 2000. My question is for home use (I have children who love their computer games... not to mention me). What kind of luck are people having with 2000 and various game support. Most of the games we like to play are recent releases and all of our hardware is recent. Any suggestions.

I doubt that children's game mfg. will pay much attention to win2k. For home use for which you children will use the computer mainly for gaming, stick with win9x (95/98/ME).

I couldn't get Lemmings Revolution to work with Windows2000.

You can always dual boot and fall back on 98 if you need to. Works well for most people.

My kids use Win 98 and I stick with Win2K because I don't play many games and if they don't work it won't ruin my day :)
