I'm troubleshooting a Micron PC for a friend. When booting both in Safe mode and Normal, the computer reboots right after the icons appear on the desktop. The scandisk that runs because it "wasn't shutdown properly" doesn't report any errors and Virus Scanning reports no virii. I thought maybe it was heat, but the cpu fan appears to be running normally. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
