WinME Network Logon Problem

We currently have a smal file server here, users login to access there files.

One person here is on a WinME machine. She can not get logged in to the file server due to no being able to type here user/pass, user/pass prompt comes up but the user part is greyed out with some other user there. Password field is fine.


Is there any easy fix besides moving her to a different OS?
