WinMe Install......Will it delete?

I have win98 running right now. if i install win98 (just put the cd in and install), will it delete all the stuff i have on my hard drive, or iwll it just overwrite the win98 files?
 
you can have it so it saves your system files too. this way, if WHEN you decide to uninstall it you can have the exact same configuration as before you installed it.
