winipcfg dissapeared?

in XP how do i refresh my IP address? In 98 there was a winipcfg command but xp doesn't have one that lets me refresh my ip...

Are you perhaps looking for ipconfig?

Theres a download you can get called wntipcfg that is an nt version of winipcfg. It is at MS site.
