I want to uninstall wingate.....but my comp crashed during the uninstall

after I rebooted, the uninstall log file was missing (uninst.isu)
I tried reinstall, but the install wizard won't let me reinstall unless I uninstall first.
wingate 3.0 users PLEASE send me your uninst.isu file from your wingate directory so I can completely uninstall that program.
