WinFax Pro v10.02 not Releasing

After this program recieves a fax, it does not release the modem. This means I am unable dail out using the computer. My OS is XP-Pro and the modem installed, is a HSP56 Micromodem. The ISP I am using is ATT.net. It is not the ISP as my alternate ISP reacts the same way. If I fax out the problem does not occur, only when a fax is recieved. I checked my settings in WinFax and all seems fine. This happened after a little time ago, but before it working great. Any solutions??
