WinFax makes Outlook 2002 Freeze?

I've installed WinFax on a server and that is working properly. One of the clients has Outlook freezing. While I can't be completely sure about this, it seems to be when selecting messages with attachments. I installed WinFax and disabled macros and the email integration. Does anyone have any ideas?

What version of Winfax?
What OS & Service Pack?

Are the clients sharing the Winfax database?
