We're currently using WinFAX v10.02 as a fax server running on Windows 2000 Pro for our office. Every morning when we come in...we have 2 reboot the machine because the two internal modems (Intel v.92 internal PCI) stopped responding to WinFAX's queries. Has any1 experienced this...or know of a solution?
On another note..our WinFAX machine seems to be having trouble receiving faxes from certain senders (i.e. RightFAX...)...; problem is WinFAX doesn't say what the problem is ...therefore we're at a lost as to y it's not receiving faxes successfully from certain senders.
