How will it perform on my rig?

-Abit BH6 Mobo
-Pentium II 500mhz
-128MB pc100 SDRAM
-Voodoo3 3000 PCI
-Windows 2000 Pro
-80GB WD "SE" 7200rpm IDE HDD
-SB Audigy

I'd like to record TV shows to later convert to divx files. I'd also like to capture some clips of VHS tapes. Can I do it on this system? I'm not sure if doing all this is cpu intensive or videocard intensive.

Just out of curiosity, how big of a file would a 30 min tv show with sound be? Thanks.
