WinFast TV2000 XP Expert vs. Delux

Does anyone what the major differences are? Faster records? Better TV quality? Also, where can I buy the Expert version?

I think the Expert has a 10 bit tuner instead of an 8 bit tuner. The picture should be a little better. I do not know how much better.

Also...does anyone know if the AIW cards use 8-bit or 10-bit tuners?
