Winfast TV Tuner sounds horrible

Whenever I listen to TV through the TV Tuner card, it sounds like crap.

All the S's are sharp sounding, there is a constant tinny sound. I thought it was a problem with volumes somewhere but I can't find it. It really makes TV unwatchable and it only recently started happening.

Anyone have any idea what is wrong?

I havnt ever had a problem with the same card. Try checking the cable your putting into it, I know when the head gets messed up they can make some real bad sounds. Other than that I dont know. Are you using antenna/cable/digital cable/sat?

It still does this, tonight I think I'm going to pull the card out and put it in my wife's computer to see if it does the same crap on hers. If it does I guess i'll have to RMA it, if it doesn't, well, I don't know what I'll have to fix.
