Winfast Geforce 2MX to Quadro MXR mod?

I'm an owner of this card! And now I wan't to turn it into Quadro with move of two resistors on other place!
On all sites they say that the moving resistors from: R121 & R123 to: R 122 & 124 should do the thing ... but I have a problem!
There is no resistors on my card marked with R121 & R123 ... infact the higest number which markes resistors is R108 ... what can I do?

If someone knows solution for my problem - please help & sorry for my english!!!
