Wine opener with name on it?

I spent a good 5-10 whole minutes searching for this and failed. I think it's likely because I'm inferior to many of you at googling.

I want to buy a wine opener and have someone's name put on it (engraved? donno), and I want to pay < $50 (< $30 is even better). Doesn't have to be a particularly good wine opener. Surely this can be done?
