Windshield washer repair

Should have known better. Just ordered a pair of new nozzles but with almost 95000 miles on the car, you should realized that everything in that water path also has that time on it (now ten years). So a leak in the line appeared. Went on youtube to see where the hose dived to just short of the tank. A pain but doable, ordered a kit on Amazon for just under 10 bucks with the required 90 degree bends on the nozzles. This is for a 2014 Jeep Grande Cherokee ECO diesel. Order the whole kit with the hoses next time. Coming soon, the nightmare of what problems a sunroof can cause.

I thought I was able to take care of the nozzles with a sewing needle. Now that you mention it, I should be surprised at those silly-rubber hoses and related parts with my old Trooper. Going on 30 years, I'd have thought something would go wrong.

Even so, I've had to replace the wiper/washer-pump recently. The technicians had to go through the front passenger-side wheel-well to access it. Something to know, for next time, if I do it myself.

The full panorama sun roof in my 2019 F150 developed a leak a couple of years ago.

Took a while to get it into the dealer...who had a specialized leak service work on it. they made a couple of adjustments to the mechanism...recommended the entire sunroof be replaced.
Dealer told me it was between $3500 and $4000...all covered under warranty.
I actually got lucky. Lots of reports of it leaking down through the roof headliner, coming out through light fixtures and other controls in the roof...mine just dribbled out the driver side grab handle on the A pillar.
