I have a kt7 (non raid), modded. duron, asus 7700 deluxe, sb live plat 5.1, 2940u2w, 2940u, isa 56K modem, 3com905c.
whenever i install windoze, it would install, however the second step after installation (after restart, windoze would detect crap) msgvr32.dll would crash!
this is the same for windoze 95 and 98.
i have do 2k 2morrow when i have time.

anybody have any idea what is wrong? i would really like to have windoze 9x on one my partition for crap and etc.

i tried ripping the resistors out, however, the board still supplies more juice than it is suppose to (but less than when the resistors were there).

any ideas?
please help

thx

This is probably due to incorrect settings for one of:
CPU
Memory
Voltage
BIOS performance settings
Hardware conflicts?

Try installing with a bare-bones (HD + video + mem) and non'OCed configuration.

Ummmm... this couldn't be the cause of your problem.... No no, of *course* not. 🙂
