I think I am having a driver problem or something. (This is a new system. 1.4 amd, kt7, 256mb). I have tried rc1 and rc2. I really like them both. My benchmark scores in 3dmark are good I think 4080)3dgames also seem to run well. BUT, it takes so long to reboot (In both installs, both were clean installs).(I was talking to my freind on the phone who has the same rc2 and his rebooted at least twice as fast as mine, he has the same system but a lower processor) I think it must take twice as long to reboot as Windows Millenium took. The real annoyance is that the mouse cursor stalls real real bad whenever a program is opening like a webpage or email. I have not installed any 4n1 drivers because I heard the ones that come with xp were ok. Anyway, no one else seems to have this problem. I thought that maybe it was a conflict with my soundcard but I took it out and the problem is still there. I should also note that with the exact same configuration winME worked perfect without this mouse stall problem.

3. win2k aureal drivers for soundcard.
4. The problem exists in both rc1 and rc2 for me but not WinME.
