WindowsME and I.E. 5.5 bug.

I think I have found a small bug in either I.E. 5.5 and or WinME.
This is what happens.
I goto hotmail.com to check my mail. I get my mail and everything works fine, but when I hit reply to a message and then highlight the text to delete it I get a error window and then whenever I type in hotmail my words are all highlighted. HAs anyone experienced this problem? Highlighting has never been a problem for me in any other program.
 
You should update your IE version to 5.50.4134.0600

That is the new security updated and other updates versions I have currently installed.

For OE I have 5.50.4133.2400

Far as I know those are the latest updates for IE and OE in Win98 SE.

I also am running WinME 4.90.3000 and IE 5.50.4134.0600 and get the same error while in hotmail.com, hopefully they will have a fix for it soon
 
I downloaded the new I.E. 5.5 with cookie management and it seems to be working... My problem before was erratic so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for now.
