Windows2000... upgrade or full install?

I've done both. I find it's easier to do the upgrade, but I've seen weird issues with IE crashing afterwards.
Can anyone reccommend one way or the other?

Personally, I always do full, clean installs and back up my files to a second hard drive. Everything, not just IE seems to run smoother and quicker. It cleans all the useless crap out of your registry left over from deleted programs and old driver versions and generally makes everything smell April fresh.

I would always do a full fresh install. I have only done one upgrade because I had to and it was not pretty and seemed to take much longer.

This may not be relevant but I bought the upgrade version as I already have 98se and guess what the full install works even on a newly formatted hard disk.
