Windows2000 - admin password?

I have a computer, and I need to find out the administrator password on it. Are there any programs that can decrypt the sam file or any other methods to find out the password? I know there are methods to change it, but I need to be able to find it out.

You could do the following:

Get NTFSPRO (www.sysinternals.com)

Then once you load it up via floppies go into c:\winnt\system32\config and delete the file called SAM.
This will reset ALL accounts on the box.
