Windows XP2 - slipstreaming post-sp2 updates

Where can I download all the post-sp2 updates that have been released for WinXP?

The same for Windows 2000 SP4 (without Update Rollup 1)?

Also can I use nLite to slipstream these updates? Is there a driver package that is available for things not detected during setup?
 
There's also a link at the nLite website for all updates (look for RyanVM's addon pack).
