I play starcraft and have winamp running

afterwards I have to restart the comp 'cuz it froze, on my account when I log onto windows, icons are plain but still accessible. plain as in they just look like generic system file icons.

I have no idea how to change them back. I know that when I access other accounts, I can see them perfectly. like the ATI ccc icon is missing but visible in other accounts.

any help?
