I've got a file server that also shares two printers. For some reason, the printers the shared version gets installed as well as the one connected locally. So I have Konica Minolta 2300 w (shared) and Konica Minolta 2300 w on Server.

The bigger problem is I keep getting something called Remote Downlevel Document in my queue, but I read that the double printer issue might cause it.

If you install the Crown Monitoring software, then share the printer
it monitors the printer from every desktop.

Remove the current software from the client PC's and Install only the PRINTER driver locally
and your problem should go away.
