this has been answered once a day at least...

no it is not better for most games. there are few games that run natively on 64-bit and usually they have performance issues.

and better 64-bit support is probably gonna be in vista x64 only.

main advantage of this os is capability to address more than 4GB without any tweaks and native 64-bit apps can take advantage of 64 bit architecture.
