Windows XP x64 won't reinstall?

I have a Dell Precision Workstation that came with Windows XP x64. I decided to wipe it clean and reinstall. I am using the reinstallation disk that came with the computer. I format the drive and when Windows is installing devices, I get the blue screen of death.

It has a Dell RAID card in it, but I have loaded the driver during the installation and it doesn't seem to have any effect. I'm not sure how to get Windows back on it.

Does anyone have any ideas?
