Windows XP x64 Update Mixes Up Colors

This is really something you have to see to understand, so here is a picture:

This happened after I updated Windows XP x64 via the auto update. It required a reboot, and when it came back, this is what resulted. What am I supposed to do?

Edit: The colors continue to randomly change every time I try to edit the color scheme. Is this a virus or some crazy autoswitch thing?

Removed last security fix and problem is gone. How do I report this to Microsoft?
