Hey, could use some help please
Everytime I try to install Windows XP i keep gettin an asms error, I've tried external usb cd roms, and new cd-roms. still no luck on the install.
On other attempts where XP does install, it istalls correctly until the boot up screen, where it shoe's the Windows XP logo, and then the screen just blanks out as if it were sleeping.
My last resort has been to run Vista, and I just don't see anything good form Vista. I mean the vista install itself took up like 10gb, which is unbelievable to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
System specs
amd athlon 2500+ OC to 3200+
1.5gb pc2700
ati radeon 9600
audigy 2
