Windows XP wireless utility

Anyone know of any free wireless utility. The reason is because I installed Windows XP SP2 on my mac and for some reason the builtin windows utility is only giving me the option for WEP and not WPA......I know that was fixed in SP2, so I am not sure what is doing that for.
