Windows XP theme or customization program?

Can anyone recommend a theme or customization program for XP?

I want to run my desktop at 1600 by 1200 but even on a 21" everything is too small. I can fix things to some extent using display properties but its not quite right. Is there anything I can just download and run out there?

Same problem here. I use 1600x1200 then adjust the DPI under Display settings | advanced | general.

Yeah, I changed the DPI. That helped a lot but the icons are too close. So I changed that but in some places the text is still really small.

I was hoping there was a one stop solution out there.
