MS just sent me a email saying the Vista Upgrade is on backorder.

Did anybody actually get theirs from the Tech Guarantee program?

I got my Vista Business upgrade on the 5th of February.
 
I finally got mine a couple weeks ago...but then I had to pay another $10 to get the 64-bit copy. What a scam...why didn't they just give me the option of selecting that version in the first place?!?
