Windows XP Task manager only shows processes

When I hit ctrl - alt -del and windows task manager pops up the only thing that shows is a list of running processes. I want the thing with the 3 tabs showing running applications and network speed (I think). What do I do to get it back like it was? I rebooted, but it still comes up as running processes only.

I am assuming that you mean it has no "File - Help _ etc etc" available.

If this is the case and it looks like this pic here

What you need to do is double click on the top of the task manager in the gray area and it should go back to the normal view..
Holler if this works! 🙂
