Windows XP slow boot

For about one month my laptop (asus f5rl) began to boot very slow. After reinstalling the windows, the problem is still there. i've installed a Linux as well and the booting time is normal, so the problem must be with the windows

Sounds like Windows Registry needs a cleanup. Try CCleaner.
