Windows XP Shut Down Keeps Restarting

My Windows XP shuts down properly when commanded to, however it restarts about 10-30 seconds after it completely shuts off. So when this happens, I have to manually turn the power off.

I went to My Computer and under Advance, I unchecked the Automatically Restart option.

Any thoughts?

Have wake on LAN, wake on modem, wake on... etc disabled in the BIOS? There may be something that's sending a wake-up signal. A hard shutdown, I think, would ignore those.
