Windows XP setup screen

I tried installing xp and it didn't really work well so i decided to stay with Windows 98 but I now have a problem when I boot my computer. It prompts me to go in to the windows xp setup screen or choose to cancel the setup. Its not a big deal but it gets annoyin to have to keep using the down arrow to cancel windows xp setup. Does anybody know how to get rid of the setup prompt whenI boot my computer?
