Windows XP Service Pack 2

Don't know if this is the right place to post this, but my computer auto-downloaded SP2 and I was wondering...

Install it or don't install it?

I currently have Norton Antivirus and Zone Alarm so should I even bother installing the service pack?

And try search there are 1,023 threads on SP2 already (in Software, OS, even here and Off-Topic), at least 511 of which discuss its merits.

I realize you're new here, and welcome, but learning to search is the first thing you should do.
