Windows XP reboots

My Windows XP Pro reboots on its own when I try to change my wallpaper.
I am using the original XP (came on XP CD) drivers for nVidia. (GeForce2)
I am running the Wallmaster Pro program. I am not sure what is the problem there
Any help woould be great.
