Ok, the problem is simple. IT seems that windows XP professional (SP2) is loading 2 different "settings" as it seems..
First "setting" is completely normal. Everything is nice and dandy.
The second "setting" is really bugging the hell out of me. For what ever reason, minimized programs on the windows task bar CANNOT be right clicked, and instead just flashes in orange color. Right clicking other icons indeed works, but i just cannot right click the minimized programs.
This is very frustrating when having several apps open at the same time. Multitasking becomes a nightmare.
What is the damn problem? any suggestions? ive tried almost everything i could find on the net, so help is very appreciated.
