Windows Xp Problem

I just got my computer back up and running and It seems to be going a little slow. I had 1 gig of ocz vk gold and I actually burnt one of them so I just have the other one in my dfi mobo slot 2. Everytime I look at my task manager It says my system idle is around 20 and my explorer is about 80 to 90. I dunno what to do, Im about to throw the damn thing out the window.
