Windows XP prob: STOP "unknown hard error" 0xC0000221

I've seen people posting about this problem.. as is the case here:

This prob is happening to my cousin currently. But obviously everyone's ntdll.dll isn't corrupt.. so does anyone know what the prob is and how to resolve it?
