Windows XP Pro upgrade

Am I safe in assuming that purchasing the XP Pro upgrade will give me everything the full blown version of XP Pro has? Are there any problems associated with upgrading from Win98SE to Win XP Pro? Am I better off getting the full version? Many thanx
 
Yes the upgrade is exactly the same as the full version but it's just cheaper.

To avoid problems do a clean install rather than an upgrade. You can do a clean install with the upgrade version too, the only difference between it and the full version is that it just asks you for a Windows CD that qualifies for an upgrade. Then it spits it out and carries on as normal.
